Chris Basham is—for lack of a better term—a big deal. He joins KSA as Director of Federal Services, a newly developed service group. After graduating as valedictorian of his high school class, Chris was offered several scholarships; one by the Air Force ROTC. After securing a slot as an Air Force pilot, Chris was presented with another life-altering opportunity he couldn’t refuse. The Air Force had launched a new member retention program that sought to improve the quality of life of its members by refining the spaces where they lived, worked, and played.
