On June 23, KSA’s own C. Daniel “Danny” Hays, P.E. was appointed to the Construction Board of Adjustments and Appeals for the City of Lufkin. The board meets as needed to hear the appeals of decisions made by the building official, and to discuss other matters related to the implementation of building codes. At the request of the city engineer, Danny completed an application to join the board. His application was reviewed by city staff, then recommended to the city council for appointment.
