Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) Grant Money Potential

As you know, TXDOT has recently provided additional guidance on the on H.R. 3684-Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (Public Law 117-58) that was signed into law, commonly referred to as the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL). 

Deadlines are fast approaching for Capital Project Programs and Grant Applications. TXDOT HAS REQUESTED PROJECT LISTS WITH ASSOCIATED FY YEAR CIP BY MARCH 18TH, 2022.

We are here to help you navigate this process and facilitate Capital Improvement Projects as able. To help give context to these we have provided a breakdown of the potential grant amounts available over the next five years for each NON-PRIMARY GENERAL AVIATION airport category. This should give you an idea of entitlement monies available specifically to your airport (outside of discretionary or other state funded projects), however we make no assumption or guarantee of grant awards or timing.
