KSA has Acquired Crosspoint Engineering, LLC
KSA is pleased to announce the purchase of Crosspoint Engineering, LLC, a Tyler, Texas based engineering firm that has been serving clients in the land development space for five years. Through their honest and forthright interactions with their clients, Crosspoint has not only designed and achieved site permitting success for many new and exciting retail establishments in our region, but they also represent a thriving business ultimately too attractive for KSA to pass up.
KSA became interested in Crosspoint upon the realization that their primary business model would be the perfect addition to KSA’s service offerings and marketplace.

Both KSA and Crosspoint agree the best scenario moving forward is for each partner to only enhance, elevate and improve their already extraordinary service offerings to their existing and potential new clients. KSA will provide additional bandwidth to increase Crosspoint’s capacity to serve their existing clients and Crosspoint’s team will enhance KSA’s qualifications and expertise in areas such as federal contracting and infrastructure design.
One of the immediate benefits of this acquisition will be the release of routine but necessary duties not directly related to serving Crosspoint’s client base. These duties include administrative responsibilities such as marketing, human resources, information technology and accounting. KSA will bring a more appropriate suite of administrative services to enable Crosspoint project representatives to focus even more of their attention on executing their projects and thus satisfying their clients’ needs. In addition, KSA will begin immediately integrating the expertise of the Crosspoint team members into their expanding team of subject matter experts.
Crosspoint has an impressive portfolio of clients and projects that include the development of sites for projects such as Lowe’s Home Improvement Stores in places like Prosper, Cinco Ranch and Summerwood, Texas. Other projects include retail/office space in Houston, Bossier City & Port Arthur, residential lofts in Tyler, and retail developments for McDonalds, Sonic, Kim’s C-Stores, Taco Bell, TJ Maxx, O’Reilly Auto Parts, Burger King, Dunkin Donuts and many other recognizable brands.
