KSA's 2024 Board of Directors
Each year the Shareholders of KSA elect a six-member Board of Directors. This body of directors work with the President and help make major policy decisions regarding KSA for the upcoming year. Shareholders are asked to consider whether potential board members embody or strive to embody KSA’s Core Values and are committed to accomplishing KSA’s Mission to Build People Who Build the Future.
On January 26, 2024, the Shareholders elected Mitch Fortner, P.E., Chris Aylor, P.E., Craig Phipps, P.E., and Lanny Buck, P.E., to another term on the Board of Directors.
