Louisiana National Guard Pineville, LA
This project consists of an approximately 53,481 sq. ft. Readiness Center that supports training administrative and logistical requirements for the Louisiana National Guard at Camp Beauregard in Pineville, Louisiana. The exterior will be composed of a combination of split face block, concrete cap stones, brick, and a standing seam roof. The design will be an energy management system and shall attain a LEED Silver Certification level at a minimum.
KSA’s Architects worked closely with Prevot Design Services APAC through a Joint Venture agreement; both teams worked diligently to bring Col. Slaven’s vision into reality! The contractor for this project was MAPP, LLC from Baton Rouge, LA. Kudos to KSA’s John Selmer, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP, BD+C, GGP, RRC and James Knight, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP for catching the vision and bringing this project into focus for the Louisiana National Guard.
