Welcome to KSA - Stephen Stokinger
Stephen Stokinger, P.E., CFM, serves as Senior Project Manager at KSA. Stephen is a graduate of Texas A&M University where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 2004. In 2007, Stephen became a Texas Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM). Prior to joining KSA, Stephen managed various teams that includes traffic and TIA review for plans and plats, street construction inspections, tree plan and plat review, tree inspections, streetlight team, and bonds for the City of San Antonio Development Services. He has a hands-on approach to every project that he is involved in, including managing day to day operations of the teams, ensuring performance measures are being met, meeting with stakeholders, engineers, and owners on various projects, and working with team to resolve any issues that arise. Stephen’s knowledge is all encompassing with experience ranging from accounting to drafting. Stephen is proficient in various civil engineering software that includes ArcGIS, GeoHMS, StormCAD, AutoCAD, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, Microstation, GeoRAS, Terramodel, Trimble Business Center.
Outside of work, Stephen enjoys hunting, eating BBQ, and attending sporting events for his kids. He is passionate about volunteering at the San Antonio Stockshow and Rodeo and being involved in the scholarship process. The best thing that has ever happened to him was meeting his wife and becoming a father. He hopes to one day own a motorhome and travel the coast. A bucket list item for Stephen is to own property with river access.
