April McCamey, MHRD, SPHR

April McCamey is the Director of Human Resources for KSA. April joined the firm in 2015 and like many other professionals at KSA, has grown alongside the company. After 10+ years in human resources and marketing, she maintains a fiery passion for recruiting, employee engagement and proactive leadership. “People are my reason for getting out of bed every morning, I love really getting to know people and creating lasting relationships,” April says. She goes on to say, “People are KSA’s greatest asset, and I feel very fortunate to get to do a job everyday where people are a shared priority.” April has served on the board of the East Texas Human Resources Association for many years and enjoys staying up to date on HR trends and employment law. She is also on the Board of Directors for two non-profits - Heartisans Marketplace and Education by Design. She holds a Bachelor of Marketing from LeTourneau University and a Master of Human Resource Development from the University of Texas at Tyler. She also holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from HRCI.
