Braniff Hangars - Phase II

KSA was hired to design a private hangar with attached office space. This project has a total building area of 49,298 square feet. Approximately 10,000 square feet will be a two-story tenant improvement area with an adjacent 18,050 square feet being a private hangar. Additionally, 21,248 square feet will be a community hangar to be operated by TAC AIR which includes four suites for workshop areas and office areas for lease purposes. Site work includes new private parking attached to the south end of the lease space to accommodate 15 private vehicles and a new fire lane/road access on the east side of the building. Portions of the existing apron between this new hangar and an existing hangar will be demolished and replaced to account for required grades for aircraft access.
