Shawn Parrish, MS-HRD, SHRM-CP

Shawn Parrish, MS-HRD, SHRM-CP is an accomplished Director of Human Resources with over 10 years of experience leading high-performing HR teams. In his current role as Director of Human Resources at KSA Engineers, Shawn oversees all aspects of HR strategy, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and HR compliance.

Throughout his career, Shawn has demonstrated a deep commitment to promoting workplace diversity, equity, and inclusion. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Texas at Tyler, and a Master of Science in Human Resource Development from The University of Texas at Tyler. Shawn is a Society of Human Resources Management Executive Network member, Tyler Rose City SHRM Chapter Member, UT Tyler Soules College of Business Advisory Board, and SHRM-CP.
