Stephen Stokinger, P.E., CFM

Stephen Stokinger, P.E., CFM, serves as Senior Project Manager at KSA. Stephen is a graduate of Texas A&M University where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 2004. In 2007, Stephen became a Texas Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM). Prior to joining KSA, Stephen managed various teams that include traffic and TIA reviews for plans and plats, street construction inspections, tree plan and plat review, tree inspections, streetlight team, and bonds for the City of San Antonio Development Services. He has a hands-on approach to every project that he is involved in, including managing day to day operations of the teams, ensuring performance measures are being met, meeting with stakeholders, engineers, and owners on various projects, and working with the team to resolve any issues that arise. Stephen’s knowledge is all-encompassing with experience ranging from accounting to drafting. Stephen is proficient in various civil engineering software that includes ArcGIS, GeoHMS, StormCAD, AutoCAD, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, Microstation, GeoRAS, Terramodel, Trimble Business Center.
