KSA Has Been Recognized as a Best Firm to Work For
KSA has been recognized as a Best Firm to Work For by Zweig Group, the largest employee experience survey in the architecture, engineering, environmental, planning, and construction (AEC) industry. For 2021, KSA made a jump to the top 10 placing 8 out of 35 in the size category of 100-199 Employees. In the Multidiscipline category, KSA ranked 21 out of 61.

The Best Firm to Work For award recognizes AEC firms in the US and Canada based on their workplace practices, employee benefits, employee retention rates, and much more. So what makes KSA such an amazing firm to work for? For starters, KSA has adopted an Open Book Management style of leadership. Each month, everyone in the company is invited to sit in on a presentation given by department heads and the president of KSA. At these meetings, detailed and comprehensive information is shared about KSA’s operations and activities for the previous month/quarter/year.
Everything else that makes KSA great is centered on the people that are a part of our team. Everyone at KSA brings their own qualities and attributes to the table and every skillset, every asset, and honestly every quirky quality has a place in KSA’s culture!
