Where is KSA - Morgan's Point, Texas

The Colonel James Morgan New Washington Prairie is a 50-acre nature area that KSA has developed plans for approximately 35-acres. Upon completion, the nature area will contain a 5-acre pond with pedestrian bridge and covered viewing platform, over 2 miles of sidewalk and walking trails, and native, coastal-prairie plantings consistent with the community's history.

As a side note, Colonel Morgan has significant Texas history. His original plantation in the area was proposed to be the town of New Washington. The town never developed but the area was a popular stopping place. He was also in charge of defending Galveston during the Texas Revolution.
