New Braunfels Airport Master Plan

KSA was selected by New Braunfels Regional Airport to prepare a Master Plan that will determine the short, mid, and long term goals for the airport. The Master Plan for the New Braunfels Regional Airport has identified development goals and sequencing based on the realistic evaluation of the facility in terms of airport configuration, condition, capacity, amenities, location, forecasted aviation demand, and economic development opportunities. The airport was provided with a development plan that identifies areas that will accommodate the forecasted growth of aviation related business, and for non-aviation revenue producing opportunities. In addition, a detailed evaluation was prepared for potential development opportunities for the current terminal area and the vacant land on the west side of the airport.
