Billet Renovation-Camp Beauregard

The Billet building previously was identified as the Women’s Officer Barracks with approximately eight sleeping quarters with a gang type restroom facility and a common room with attached laundry facilities. The scope of the project included: provide a kitchenette area, provide a general meeting area/lounge adjacent to the kitchenette, provide a laundry area, provide a facilities maintenance closet with janitor’s sink, relocate existing side entry door to rear of building and connect to the existing parking area, provide six guest rooms with private bathrooms, provide one guest room as fully accessible, and provide ADA accessibility throughout the renovation.
