Floydada Business Park

KSA performed a study in Floydada, Texas covering the construction of a new business park. The subject property is a 60 acre tract that the Economic Development Corporation already owned. Part of the study was creating a solution on how to divide and develop the land for the proposed business park and its potential tenants. The KSA team coordinated with franchise utilities as part of the study in an attempt to include the associated costs in the project budget.
