City of Tulia Business Park

The City of Tulia selected KSA to provide engineering and related services for a new business park with the goal of attracting new businesses to the area. The project was funded by the Economic Development Administration (EDA). KSA’s scope included preparation of a Preliminary Engineering Report that satisfied the EDA’s requirements. KSA also provided assistance during the application for funding for the project. After funding, KSA’s scope consisted of survey, design, bidding, construction administration and resident project representation for a cul-de-sac street for the new business park. The project team has also worked with TxDOT for permitting of utilities and driveways.
