North Side Water Distribution System Improvements

KSA provided the services required to design, bid and construct approximately 53,850 linear feet of 10-inch, 8-inch, and 6-inch diameter water distribution pipes, including valves, hydrants and other appurtenances.  KSA also coordinated and produced the required documents to gain TCEQ approval to issue bonds to fund the project.  We coordinated the services of various consultants as needed to procure ROW, and performed all permitting needed to construct the project.
