Water and Wastewater Master Plan

The City of Honey Grove hired KSA to perform a Water and Wastewater Master Plan which identified several deficiencies in the city’s water distribution infrastructure. This project included the design of approximately 31,000 linear feet of 10-inch, 8-inch and 6-inch diameter water lines to replace a large portion of the aging undersized water lines throughout the city. In addition to design of the new infrastructure KSA helped the city apply for and receive TWDB funding for both the design and construction phases of the project, as well as obtaining environmental clearances and providing services for the bidding and construction phases of the project. The design of the project was completed with funds from the TWDB’s DWSRF program with 30% loan forgiveness.
