Water Distribution System Improvements

Central Bowie County Water Supply Corporation selected KSA to design system wide improvements to their water system.  Part of those improvements was a project funded by the TWDB to construct water line improvements throughout their service area.  The project consisted of designing a little over 62,000 linear feet of 4", 6", 8" and 12" waterlines. The improvements were required raise the pressures and provide additional flow throughout the system. KSA designed the waterlines, the connections to the existing system, valve locations, various bores of County and TxDOT roads (including a bore of Interstate 30) and is currently providing construction phase engineering services.  KSA staff also coordinated easement acquisition and TxDOT permitting for installation of utilities in the right-of-way.
