KSA University was formed to fulfill KSA’s mission, "We Build People Who Build the Future." Designed as a rigorous program of professional and self-development, KSAU provides tailored courses and educational experiences that enable the professional growth of all KSA staff. KSA is deeply invested in the professional development and advancement of its staff. We provide the training, mentoring, and support; you provide the desire and motivation. In addition to ongoing KSAU training happening throughout the year, KSA also holds in-person training at the corporate level.
Career paths for KSA employees have been carefully designed with specific skill and competency requirements for advancement. KSA University’s curriculum has been thoughtfully aligned to help ensure these skill and competency requirements can be achieved in a systematic and timely manner. Provided through a three-semester per year format, a wide array of courses is offered to meet the career goals of KSA employees.
In order to teach at KSAU, you must go through a certification process that deals with tools and techniques for successfully conducting a KSAU class.
Additionally, KSA University offers various programs to further the development of KSA employees and future employees. KSAU is now offering a Board Leadership Training program for those interested in the possibility of serving on the company’s Board of Directors, a High Impact Leadership program for current and future leaders within KSA, a Project Management Certification program for those who are interested in being KSA Certified in project management, a Graduate Development program for EITs who have graduated from college in the past two years, and an Internship Program for college students in their final year of Civil Engineering.
KSA is deeply invested in the professional development and advancement of its staff. A training budget of 40 hours per employee has been established to support this goal along with scholarships available for both undergraduate and graduate degrees.
