Surveying Tucker Hill McKinney, Texas
Through referral from an existing client, KSA was contacted to survey and design a 3-story office/retail building in the new urbanist community of Tucker Hill. With this development, Crown Sterling Properties wanted to heighten the exposure of their anchor tenant while giving them a larger and more functional space than their current location. Before design of this new facility could begin, KSA was asked to conduct a topographic survey that measured the accuracy of the site to the sub centimeter both horizontally and vertically. KSA also completed a boundary survey to determine the property line boundaries surrounding the office/retail building and also to determine any easements for utilities. Finally, an amended subdivision plat was generated and specifically tailored to meet the criteria set by the subdivision ordinance for the City of McKinney. Once construction is complete, a final amended plat will be generated by KSA and will be signed, sealed and recorded appropriately with the courthouse.
