Joshua Netardus, P,E.

Joshua Netardus, P.E., serves as Municipal Team Leader at KSA. Joshua has over 16 years of experience designing and managing infrastructure projects. He is a graduate of Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. His management experience encompasses everything— from leading designers and EIT’s, to managing construction administration and construction inspections. As a Project Manager for various City and County projects within the Houston/Harris County region, Joshua’s experience includes the design, bid,  and construction services for projects. He has prepared Statement of Qualifications, prepared scope of works, level of efforts, schedules for contracts, and plans, specifications, and cost estimates (PSE documentation). Joshua is proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microstation.
