Lea Ann Gibson

Lea Ann Gibson, Region Client Service Leader, has more than a decade of experience supporting engineers on a variety of projects in municipalities across Texas. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business and Communication from Sam Houston State University, and her Master of Arts in Communication from Texas Tech University. At KSA, Lea Ann is responsible for building client relationships and fostering business development opportunities. Lea Ann builds relationships with elected county and city officials, municipal staff, utility, water districts, and other government officials.

Lea Ann is actively networking in various industry organizations including Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC), Texas Municipal League, Advancing Women in Transportation Services, Water Environment Association of Texas, Association of Public Works Association, NAIOP Commercial and Real Estate Development Association, Urban Land Institute, Leadership Fort Bend and Leadership Central Fort Bend. Lea Ann plays an important role in KSA’s business development opportunities as Regional Client Service Leader.
